Before calling Victory Marine Underwriting Managers, we recommend calling the Coast Guard (dial *16) if your vessel or property is at risk, and 911 if people are injured.

Procedures on How to Report a Claim

Victory Marine Underwriting Managers* is committed to providing our clients with professional and efficient claims service no matter what type of claim you are reporting.

Your first step during normal business hours is to contact your insurance broker. Your broker is there to serve you and will look after all the details of reporting your claim for you.

Alternatively – You can complete the form, and we will start the claims intake process and advise your broker.

After Hours

After-hours assistance is available for customers who have been in an accident:

  • in which their vessel or property was damaged and is at risk of further damage.
  • where third-party property was damaged and requires our immediate attention; or
  • where people were injured.
